Detectives made a copy (downloaded all the data) of Patrick's cell phone at the police station. No need to keep the actual device. His phone/records didn't need to be subpoenaed because Patrick willingly gave it over to be copied the very same night of the incident during his recorded police interview where they also took photos of him, his clothing, and his hands. This info is easy to find and corroborated by Reddington and testified to under penalty of perjury.

He made a deal, he would testify as long as they didn’t take his phone. He was NEVER considered a suspect. He was not investigated properly. Even with all this evidence against him, the evidence that literally proves Lindsay did NOT kill her children or try to kill herself, in a court of law, they are still trying to pin her for it.

Confusing a physical residence search warrant with digital forensic extractions is wild. Police don't pull phone data off a laptop at the crime scene. They seize the devices (listed right on your screenshot), take them to the lab, and run extractions under separate digital warrants. Trooper Bonin literally testified under oath to analyzing his phone.

now I have read in an article somewhere, I'll see if I can find it, that Patrick voluntarily handed his phone over to be investigated so it wasn't on the warrant because they didn't need to add it. IF this were true, his phone records wouldn't necessarily be a major part of the trial as he is not the one on trial.

When have you ever written a warrant for 2 suspects phones and put them on the same warrant? 2 separate set of facts, 2 separate statements of probable cause. That requires 2 separate warrants.
