To be frank.... I ruined my hair listening to all of her advice.... I followed everything, every step on the road map.. Too many products, too many steps... I will go back to a simplified routine. Be careful with whatever advice you follow from a very popular TikToker branding cheap products. I am in Abey Yung detox and my hair has never been better...

I have thin, fine, wavy hair. I literally use Odele volume shampoo and smoothing conditioner, clarififying shampoo and pantene moisture conditioner once every 3 days. Odele leave in conditioner after every shower, and odele oil and VERB oil mids to ends. My hair has never been better.

What would you recommend for my hair? I don’t have dry scalp or super oily hair but I have so much breakage at the bottom but seriously never use heat products but I do braid my hair at night maybe 3 times a week.

I started the abbey young method November last year. My hair is unrecognisable now. It’s not been this long in over a decade, it doesn’t tangle or break off and it’s so shiny it’s insane. I can’t remember the last time my hair was this healthy.
