Just a fun fact if you get your hands on a spectra you can use the wearable cups with the spectra! I found that out with my thrive! When I used mine (I’ve switched to the spectra and momcozy m5 but switching to the eufy s1 soon) I would use stimulation mode for about 2-3 minutes on level 3 or 4 and then I would switch to expression mode for about 10-15 mins on level 5 or 6!

Stimulation mode - low speed, level 2 for 2 minutes. Expression mode - low speed, level 3-4 until it stops 🤗
