That's how I got to quit smoking. I smoked my last cigarette on September 14th 2022 outside JFK airport and spent two weeks in Ilobasco craving a cigarette but I was able to get through it and haven't smoke since.

A lot of people smoke in El Salvador, but I see your point. I’ve been to Europe too, and it feels like everyone smokes there, even the elevators and hallways can have that lingering smell of cigarettes.
