Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: On August 14, 2025, at about 11:05 PM, Patrolman Anthony Bartolone from Middletown Township Police headed to MJ's Restaurant Bar & Grill at 1005 SR 35. A call reported a drunk person trying to drive off. He got there by 11:10 PM. A woman sat in the driver's seat of a gray 2015 Nissan Rogue. Her name was Emily Maynard, age 22. Bartolone talked to her. He smelled booze. He saw signs she was impaired. Emily said she took a few sips of margarita before starting the car. He suspected she was too drunk to drive. She stepped out. She did field sobriety tests. First came the Walk and Turn. Emily missed heel-to-toe steps. She turned the wrong way. Next was One Leg Stand. She failed to lift her foot right. She dropped it too soon. The smell of alcohol hit him. She admitted to drinking that night. Tests went bad. Bartolone arrested her for DUI. They towed her car for a 12-hour hold under John's Law. He took her to the station. There, Patrolman Foy read the standard rights for drivers. Emily agreed to breath tests. Her Alcotest showed 0.121% BAC, way over 0.08%. After paperwork, a sober adult took her home. He signed the liability warning for her. She waits for court. Bartolone gave her tickets: Operating under influence (39:4-50) Reckless driving (39:4-96) 1:04 Everyone Let's do a sing along Nobody loves me, everybody hates me think I'll go eat worms!!! 9:13 That cropped jersey and the beer belly combo say otherwise at the very least.
