Berikut adalah penyebab paling sering dan cara cek cepatnya, khususnya untuk diesel Kubota dan sejenis 👇 🔴 **PENYEBAB PALING SERING** 1️⃣ **Solar terhenti / masuk angin** **Penyebab:** - Filter solar kotor - Selang retak → angin masuk - Tutup tangki tidak berventil - Solar tinggal sedikit **Ciri:** Mesin hidup sebentar → mati, bisa hidup lagi setelah dipancing. **Solusi:** ✔️ Bersihkan/ganti filter ✔️ Cek selang & klem ✔️ Pastikan lubang tutup tangki tidak mampet ✔️ Bleeding solar 2️⃣ **Overheat (mesin kepanasan)** **Penyebab:** - Air radiator habis / tidak sirkulasi - Mesin kerja berat **Ciri:** Mesin mati setelah panas, sulit hidup lagi saat panas. **Solusi:** ✔️ Cek radiator, kipas, thermostat ✔️ Jangan dipaksa kerja 3️⃣ **Oli habis / tekanan oli drop** **Penyebab:** - Pelumasan gagal - Mesin “mengunci” lalu mati **Ciri:** Suara kasar sebelum mati, starter terasa berat setelah mati. **Solusi:** 🛑 Stop mesin ✔️ Cek oli & kebocoran 4️⃣ **Injector macet / nembes** **Penyebab:** Semprot tidak normal, pembakaran kacau. **Solusi:** Servis injector 5️⃣ **Pompa injeksi bermasalah** **Penyebab:** Plunger macet, pegas governor lemah. **Ciri:** RPM naik turun, mati mendadak. **Solusi:** Servis pompa 6️⃣ **Kompresi jebol (ring/klep bocor)** **Penyebab:** Mesin tidak kuat bertahan hidup. **Solusi:** Overhaul 🧪 **TES CEPAT (5 MENIT)** 1️⃣ Cek level & kondisi oli 2️⃣ Cek air radiator 3️⃣ Buka tutup tangki (tes ventilasi) 4️⃣ Pompa manual → ada angin? 5️⃣ Lepas injector → starter terasa berat? ❌ **JANGAN DILAKUKAN** ❌ Dipancing terus tanpa cari sebab ❌ Dipaksa kerja berat ❌ Abaikan tanda awal ✅ **KESIMPULAN TEGAS** Mesin diesel mati sendiri = masalah pasokan solar, panas, atau pelumasan.
