hi brandon! i have a question about the common app ec section, im currently enrolled in a CNA program at my school where i will be going on clinical rotations and working as a CNA in october, and then taking my actual CNA exam in november. should i write it on my extracurriculars in the present tense (like that im a cna and have clinical experience) or should i write it in future tense? like (prospective cna) even if by the time they read my application i will already have passed the exam?

Emory met my needs pretty well as a middle income student surprisingly but I’ve heard about others having bad experiences sadly

hi brandon! before i try to ask, thank you so much for all your content and guides here on tiktok. as a low income student who just moved to usa from the philippines, this really has helped me navigate this process. for my question, since all or most of the schools you mentioned in the video were schools i plan to apply to, is it a way different case for low income students? my family salary is around 60k or less and my state's USDA for family of three; my mother is a single parent, and both of us are legal permanent residents.

for colleges like Georgetown and Northwestern that don’t take the personal statement, is it just optional to which we send it anyway or should we approach the idea of breaking the essay down into their supplementals?
