To anyone that reads this please remember you got this, I used too think that I wouldn’t survive without my medication but overtime I didn’t need it anymore and after realising that I no longer needed it, I seen more to life everything looked different in a way that I no longer wanted to die so please be kind to yourself cause you matter more than anything in this world 🫶🏼

antidepressants dont work for me, they made me have seizures lol nothing else. and for my outbursts i don‘t think medicine is good idk what could work with my conditions

I remember that i had been thinking that fact that i take meds doesnt affect me but then i realized that i feel i am a bit worse than others. This year i stopped taking them after few years and i try to live without them, but its not easy. However one day i will live whole happy life without meds and i will be eternally greatful that i could take them. Remember we’re not worse because of that 🦋
