It's not the actual parade. Their are different occurrences before the parade. People celebrate the entire night. There's cooking, barbecues. a lot of drinking and maybe more. People then wait for the parade without rest and sleep. Anger is more prominent. People push, argue. There is no thinking clearly. Of course things happen. But it's not the parade itself.
