As a NON college football fan, so no bias here, from the 1 play I saw The call was right. The ball was touched by an out of bounds player with 1 second shown on the clock. And from these comments, I can concur the defending team failed to defend a last second hail mary. Probably the easiest pass to defend because you know where it's going. Perhaps the defending team should've put their best receivers in for the safeties? Idk. Point is, the call for that 1 play is watched seemed fine. If the clock was wrong then it was wrong idk what to tell you. But arguing the call was wrong based on the clock that was shown... total bs.

Correct, broadcast was wrong. So you use the broadcast clock instead of the official clock because 10M people watch that vs 5 in NYC. And that’s been established by NCAA
