I hadn't heard about ritalin. Thanks - I'm going to ask about it. As for the alcohol, my doc said to do me, but to be judicious. Do what you want. Having a "normal" life is hugely important in this process.

Um my oncology told me it was perfectly fine to have some wine , she had breast cancer herself as well and said she had her wine , she told me 5 ounces , and that’s exactly what I did .For me the benefits outweighed any risk and I trusted my oncologist in what she recommended for the amount.

It's so frustrating to me that we have to ask for treatments to help us thrive, instead of them offering solutions without us asking.

You go girl, you cannot live with regret and you have to live a life worth living ( whatever that is). I am sick of hearing sugar feeds cancer is it true yes but it feeds of glucose which is one of the two energy sources our body uses. So those vegetables guess what they turn into glucose which your body needs to survive. It is not actual sugar you eat. Should we watch out sugar consumption yea but cancer patients are not exceptional 🤬. Alcohol been told it coverts to estrogen well I am on blockers so yeah. Live your life and you are doing great!!! Sorry you have to deal with negativity. 🥰 besides my thought is after chemo don’t preach what goes in my body like not now not ever. I am more than aware!!! Have a team of dr’s/nurses/therapists and amazing people also walking this path. 🥰❤️🥰
