For anyone who doesn’t know. Miranda rights are only needed if you’re questioning someone. It’s not required for an arrest lol. Only thing required for an arrest is probable cause.

It truly blows my mind how uneducated some people are. Miranda rights are NOT required to make an arrest. It only applied to questioning in regards to an arrest. Come on people. It’s your responsibility to know what rights you do and do not have.
