@DanessaMyricksBeauty is having a sale, so I decided this was the perfect time to show you how versatile some of my favorite products really are. I divided my face into four sections and used the Yummy Skin Serum Skin Tint, Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder, Yummy Skin Mattifying Water Powder Serum and Yummy Skin 10/10 Barrier Boosting Serum in several different combinations. In the first section, I prepped with the 10/10 Barrier Serum and wore the Yummy Skin Tint by itself. This is a beautiful option when you want hydration and lightweight, skin-like coverage. In the second section, I applied the Water Powder Serum first and used the tinted Blurring Balm Powder over it as my skin tint. The Water Powder Serum helps control oil without relying on alcohol to dry out your skin, while the Blurring Balm gives you coverage and a smoother, blurred finish. For combination skin, I showed how you can apply the Water Powder Serum and then use just a touch of the Blurring Balm in the places where you get excessively oily or have larger-looking pores. You can also gently pat a little around the lip area as a smoothing primer before applying the Yummy Skin Tint. You don’t have to cover your entire face with every product—use them where your skin actually needs them. In the fourth section, I applied the Yummy Skin Tint first and then used the Blurring Balm Powder topically, almost like a setting powder, over the areas where I wanted more oil control and blurring. Finally, I showed you how I personally wear these products: I prime with the Blurring Balm Powder and apply the Yummy Skin Tint over it. I also used the Colorfix Stix on my eyes for a little shimmer because they’re another current favorite. That is what I love about Danessa Myricks products: there isn’t only one “correct” way to use them. You can mix, layer and strategically place them based on your skin type, the finish you want and the specific things you’re trying to address. You have to play with them and find the combination that works best for YOUR face. The Danessa Myricks Beauty Labor Day sale ends Monday, September 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern—10:59 p.m. Central. Many products are 30% off, with select products marked down by 50%. No code is required, and free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Bundles and the new Glosswork 4D Ultra Shine Plumping Lip Glosses are excluded, and additional exclusions may apply, so check your cart before purchasing. A sale is only a good deal when you understand how you’ll use the product—and hopefully this face map helps you figure that out. #DanessaMyricksBeauty #MatureSkinMakeup #MakeupOver40 #YummySkin #FeralBeauty
