That is the ABSOLUTELY hardest thing to find good leadership.. then we have Sr. "Leadership" that is failing. They are trying to manage numbers looking out for only their careers, not based on moral values.

Yes leaders must be adaptable! The hardest shift in leadership is going from doing to building the system that does it. Lots of practical tools on my page for ops leaders working through exactly this.

I’ve always found I get far more out of my team when I pour more into them first. I don’t have to harp on numbers because my team trusts me and wants us to win.
