My pediatrician just said to start allergens now because the studies show that it helps decrease their sensitivity to those certain foods. We did peanut butter yesterday (6 months) I was so scared lol

I’ve never heard veggies first before? My 4 month old just got cleared by his pediatrician to start baby food and I told her our first food would be apples then sweet potatoes 😭
