@ak_oria: I have actually seen where some of these wasn’t done correctly and the parapet failed while casting resulting in wastage clients hard earned money… Check form work support, dimensions and levels. Make sure the appropriate cover are provided. Make sure the reinforcement size and detailing is strictly followed. Make sure there are enough reinforcement supporting the parapet and is properly anchored to the beam reinforcement Make sure the concrete mix is properly supervised. Note that the correct term is concrete fascia but just using parapet so some people don’t get confused #fyp #homeowner #construction #sitelife #buildingahouse
