DISCLAIMER, I would ‼️NOT‼️recommend using smaller width tapes if you have a larger chest because it can put uneven pressure on your tissue and be unsafe (similar to clip binders). I was just using what I had access to and did not keep it on for very long.

doesn't the skin in the middle of the chest start to hurt from being stretched? it's the main reason I don't tape

Do you find taping easier after testosterone? I only tried it once when I was pre-t and it didn’t work at all, now that I’ve been on t for over 2 years and all the fat from my chest is pretty much gone I’m considering trying it again
