It make sense mickael is his sensei training montage and sht like a old movie he love so much, Franklin learned everything he needed from him included betraying your closest friends to get out of trouble what doesn’t make sense is the one where you just kill everyone and you get away with it like it’s enough to make everyone forget what you did
