I hate Doctors that just want to shove another pill down your throat and just say wait a few weeks for to work. I think I needed therapy without judgment and someone that was also consistent because you talk to someone and hash out old shit then a month or 2 later you gotta start over with someone new and it sucks bringing up old trauma.

oh bingo *you want her to be a cold blooded smurderer* full stop. it is the climate of this country and the pure hatred for women...these are the folks that didn't watch the trial ..no evidence, no experts, no witnesses... but she's guilty based on feelings...THAT is terrifying to me.

That one so called professional didn’t even study ppd or ppp so idk how he was even accepted as one. The trial wasn’t a child. As a survivor of PPP I understand. Luckily for me I had a tribe of women who didn’t leave me they believed me and took over my life for 3 months so myself and my child could come out safe. Those first 6months was crazy wild the first 3 was sooooooo scary.

I did some look when the case started and it's pub med one of the government health sites. research saying that post partum depression can last up to 11 years.

Great job advocating for your sister. My Aunt was in a similar situation. Hers wasn't PPD, just depression. But her Dr, at one point, had her on 3 different antidepressants on top of a couple anti-anxiety meds at the same time. She got to the point that my uncle had her hospitalized. Her dr at the hospital safely took her off everything and started over. She's done so much better since then.
