Can these officers not have the ability to read and write? I don’t understand how they keep going after the wrong people / can they not read the warrant etc??? Interesting to me thinking 🤔 they do not need to escalate in front of children either traumatizing them … DCF should have a wing that deals with abusive officers and how they impact children … I mean truly sick
