1. I studied at work whenever I would get done early. 2. I highlighted/underlined the entire book as I read to retain information better. 3. I went to the gym immediately after work to take care of my physical health. Taking care of your physical and mental is so important because it can get depressing. 4. I made a study schedule and stuck to it. Treated it just like a job, I had to clock in. 5. I studied every single day of the week, but cutoff time on the weekend was no later than 2pm. 6. I created notes and then shortened those notes into simple front and back notecards so I could review those the morning of the test. 7. I didn't tell everyone in my life I was studying for the exam or specifically when my test date was. If I failed, I failed in peace. 😆 8. I hung out with friends, family or did date night atleast once a week. Studying can be very isolating, it's important to still show up for and with family. 9. I lived 2 hours from the nearest testing site so I always had my aunt to drive me the morning of or the night before so I could have a fresh mind before the test. 10. Always scheduled tests early in the day and made sure I ate a filling breakfast atleast an hour before.
