Woke up craving this creamy lobster pasta🦞 Ingredients (1 serving) 	•	80 g spaghetti (or pasta of choice) 	•	2 lobster tails (about 400 g total), cut into bite-sized pieces 	•	2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced (for lobster) 	•	1 tbsp unsalted butter 	•	1 tbsp olive oil 	•	2 smaller shallots, finely chopped 	•	2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (for sauce) 	•	120 g grape tomatoes, halved 	•	1 tbsp tomato paste 	•	½ cup heavy cream 	•	Pasta water, as needed 	•	Salt and black pepper, to taste 	•	¼ tsp sweet paprika ( season to your liking )  	•	Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish) 	•	Optional: drizzle of chili oil for serving Instructions 	1. Baste the lobster in the butter until just cooked through, about 3–4 minutes. 	•	Remove lobster and garlic from the pan and set aside. 	3. Cook until softened and fragrant, about 2–3 minutes. 	•	Add grape tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften and release juices, about 3 minutes. 	•	Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute to deepen the flavor. 	•	Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine.
