Blueprint to breaking par ⬇️ 1️⃣: you need a go to tee shot, doesn’t necessarily have to be pretty but it needs to be repeatable. A scratch golfer averages less than 2 birdies a round, you need to make as many pars as you can. Firing at pins is where stress and bogey+ scores come from. Free plug and 0 affiliation but check out @decade_golf to help with that. 4️⃣: make your putts inside 5 feet. This is where you can’t waste shots and keep momentum going. Previous videos discussed the importance of lag putting. When you’re trying to break par, and the better you get, the more boring golf should become.
