Only one I disagree with is the apartment one. If you can afford to buy a house, do it. Especially if not in a HCOL area. You’ll be kicking yourself at 60-70 when you’re still paying rent.

honestly, after getting my car totaled and looking for a car to replace it, a new car was barely more than anything with less than 100k miles from the last 6 years, I mean it was stupid for me to not buy a brand new car for only 3k more than a used one with 50k mile and is only 2 years older

agree with you 100% - my do need a new car when mine works just fine; maintenance of houses are crazy, needing to find a business to fix your problems is so much admin when your apartment/complex has someone for maintenance; expensive gym memberships for stuff I never use doesn’t make sense; bottle service is dumb; if your consistent with being tidy then you never have to do too much for a spring clean

# 3 for me as well. I have a gym in my bldg and I love to run (treadmill or outside). But I think whatever motivates you to move is worth it. For some it is a fancy gym membership or group fitness, and that should be a priority!
