Alina Gene Lee :
Pamela Anderson is such a good pick. I don’t think anybody else could understand the weight of the costume/persona like she would.

Sabrina Carpenter could pull Dolly off.

The "ooooh" of agreement I made when you mentioned Pamela Anderson as Mature Dolly. That would be so good!

Okay I agree with the Crown aspect of it going. HOWEVER, have Miss Piggy narrate it is all I ask lol

I actually love the idea of Pamela Anderson playing Dolly. I would have never thought it that but it’s brilliant

I want unknowns! I want these to be star making roles!

What I also love about this? These are three women who have been overlooked or pigeonholed at some point and overcame it!

✨JUSTICE✨ :
The great thing about Dolly is that she wears wigs and costumes in her day to day so you don’t really have to worry about an actress looking the part the look can be arranged but they have to embody her spirit and personality on camera for it to work.

You are absolutely cooking!! Pamela Anderson was incredible in the Naked Gun remake. She was funny and captivating and could do a great Dolly

How long is it going to take for a network or producing entity to hire you? I'm getting impatient. Suggested job title, Final Arbitrar of Good Taste.

I’d like for Miley to have input on casting given her relationship with the very real side of Dolly most people didn’t get to experience. I think she’d love Pam for the final Dolly.

I also have to say nobody needs to look, it's the acting part that's important. Because makeup is amazing. You can make anybody look like anybody and I 120000% agree with the panela Anderson, for later, Dolly.

I think this is a great idea! But I’d prefer to see unknown actors in all three roles.

THANK YOU! I’m so glad commenters aren’t casting directors because just because someone looks like someone else does NOT mean they can embody them
