depends on the drug if that drug is fentynal or heroine especially its a large amount death penalty is definitely justified, that said it should be a case by case basis depending on there level of involvement

💯 I’m against the death penalty, regardless of the crime. It’s a medieval concept that humanity is still carrying out today ... essentially, “an eye for an eye.” Justice should be about accountability, protection and consequences, not state sanctioned killing.

I think the death penalty should definitely be applied in certain circumstances. In this case, you have to look at how many lives the drugs could potentially take? I also think that people who have money and fame become greedy. They could use that fame to do good. There is such a drug problem in the world. Would she kill or have someone killed to protect her organization? There are many factors that go in to the decision of death.
