Except in Kentucky . Here the Family Court judges are clueless with this . It's sort of pathetic even . Worse letters from therapists can be admitted that don' t have a signature or are on letterhead . Financials can't be altered , redacted , and even copied on the darkest setting where it can't be read . Then the three page affidavit play . it's the third page is the signature / notory page . I wish I was joking but the notory signature could easily be questioned for authenticity . The second page is switched out after its signed . The Family Court here is so bad with hearsay and evidence . It's not rules , it's chaos . Thanks for this Tok. It helps litigants and everyone .
