The lift surpassed the previous 510 kg record set by Hafbór Björnsson in 2025. Flores' journey into strength sports began after the loss of his beloved dog, Tayzon, inspired him to start going to the gym, where he eventually discovered his incredible strength. He later adopted "Tayzon" as his nickname and promised that one day the name would be known around the world.
