The first one is not floor length so it is not black tie. I would wear the first one to the first wedding as it asks for semi formal dresses so it would fit better there. The second dress is black tie because it’s actually floor length so I’d wear that one to the second wedding.

the green dress (2) is really lovely! it falls nicely and is flattering. the first dress is giving mother of the bride vibes, it isn’t very nice.
