@drshap: This patient has no sleep or airway issues, class 1 maloclussion with upper spacing and lower crowding / proclination. I would keep this simple and expand the arches dentally. Maybe some IPR. Can always do jaw surgery in the future if needed but if the patient is happy with their aesthetics and there are no functional or airway issues, I would just do braces or aligners here.

teeth weren't proclined before but since dentist don't like extraction, here it is now. i used to have crowding but i hate it even more now even tho they're straight..
