The screenshots filed in the Saline County Circuit Court showed Kennedy using vile slurs and derogatory language targeting Black, Hispanic, Muslim, and LGBTQ communities. Messages included bragging about arresting minorities, boasting hateful memes, and comparing certain individuals to monkeys. The Arkansas State Police (ASP) immediately placed Kennedy on leave when they learned of the amended complaint on May 14, 2026.
