OK, so what I think happened is perhaps she got a Color job she didn’t like maybe it was a red violet with a high-lift or lightner was used… and Demi was added and it was way brighter than she thought so she or someone else decided I’m gonna put a dark brown on top- maybe a semi permanent who knows maybe it’s a Demi permanent that’s just my theory. 🤣

This is really showing me how important and relevant it is to have a professional consultation. The key is the client needs to be honest. It's like not telling your doctor that one of your symptoms that you are experiencing is diarrhea because you are to embarrassed to mention it. Unfortunately, you're gonna leave the doctor's office without an accurate diagnosis and still experiencing diarrhea because you never mentioned it.(if that makes sense)
