Great take. Also the difference between this kid is hes walking into the tree completely out of curiosity with a dog by his side. While Ymir was being chased by dogs and fearing for her life. So maybe the outcome to how that power manifests will be different.

It doesn’t necessarily create titans. It created titans because of what Ymir wanted (connection = the paths and titans). So depending on how this boy feels it could be all sorts of things. Obviously this scene is pretty open to interpretation but this is all supported by the text imo

Agree, the titans were a direct consequence of ymir being in need of human connection after being enslaved and abused by the king (hence the coordinate), so I think it could create something other than titans, or at least behave differently depending on who contacts the tree

i hope u see this,but the reason why eren killed his own mother was because grisha saw the rumbling and told zeke "please stop eren" in s4 ep 20,this is after grisha eats the founding titan,and goes back home finding that there home was attacked and he knows its because of marley,the last straw is when he finds out his wife carla was dead,hence refueling his rage for marley and he tells eren "to avenge his mother" ,so basically if eren doesnt unalive his mother,he doesnt get the founding titan hence no rumbling,and paradise island is finished off way earlier,but i agree with ur take on the ending because eren brainwashed his dad,unalived his mom,not to spare the 20 percent,if he finished off the rest of the planet and erased the memories of the eldians about the outside world,that would have been so collld like greatest character/show oat esc,one man army vs the whole planet,so peak😭,still clears vinlad saga and cyber punk i genuinely dont know how u came to that conclusion😭
