It’s so hard having to fight for this, especially when the costs are completely insane like in Texas 😭 I can’t even imagine the extra mental load on top of everything else. I personally track all my symptoms and my cycle in the Endora app, and it helps me keep a really clear record for appointments so I don’t forget anything. At least that’s one less thing to manage when your head is already full…
