well get it the way I got all mine single needle . no numbing cream just you and the needle for 4 or 5 hours straight no breaks just getting the work put in in all the sensitive parts no pain no gain no tap outs and then getting it blessed with 5 hard slaps on the fresh tattoo then you can get up and be excused from the table and if its not finished go right back at it in the morning 💪
