Short Notice Horror :
Mother of Tears will quickly go bottom of the list! A horrendous end for the mothers! Are to is still the Master though. Check out Sleepless. A great return to form and an excellent Giallo.🤘🔥

They all have so much style but the stories are a little disconnected. I still revisit these films often.

I’m gonna be honest mother of tears is bad. Going in with an open mind didn’t help either. It removes all of the psychedelic imagery and visual language that defined suspiria and inferno in favor of gritty gory realism. The plot also isn’t fairytale inspired like the first two movies instead it’s an apocalyptic thriller.

Love this list. Four flies on grey velvet is only one I miss. So glad everyone is getting into Argento he really made me want to be a film maker when I was younger. I even did a uni course on him and we watched 35mm prints in their theatre. Epic
