Yall, if they wanted her to just do the duplicates instead of trading them out, I’m pretty sure they would request it in the notes. I’m sure they watch her videos and know that. I think its fair that she does that honestly so that they can get multiple different items

What if the customer is looking forward to multiples of something, and you decide to “trade the others out for something else??” It’s what the customer paid for..what if they want to share the multiples with fellow NURSES, CNA’s, LPN’s, etc.?? Is that a decision that YOU make for them??
