@joannesiawen: 🏗️ DAY 2 OF BUILDING OUR NEW CO-LIVING HOME — PASIR PANJANG Today was all about the things you probably won’t notice once the house is finished… but are SO important. 👀 ⚡ New DB + electrical works — getting the electrical setup ready to safely support the new room layout and appliances. ❄️ Aircon piping — running the piping now before the walls go up saves us from hacking everything again later. 📐 Floor layout marked out — this is when the floor plan finally starts becoming real. We mapped out exactly where every wall and room will sit. 🔥 Preparing the fire-safety walls — getting everything ready before the partitions start going up. Not the prettiest stage of renovation, but getting the infrastructure right now saves A LOT of problems later.
