I didn’t have time to do a voiceover, but I’ll explain it very simply here ⬇️ 1. I do a rough blow-dry on medium heat. 2. I start blow-drying my hair upside down with the paddle brush, but only the roots. These are the hardest to tame. I do this until my roots are about 90% dry. For most of it I use high heat. 3. Then I do the same for the rest of my hair until it’s almost dry. 4. I use the curl barrel. I take a section, smooth the ends first, then roll it up to the roots, hold it on high heat for 2 seconds, then switch to the cool shot button (it’s not really cold 😅) 5. Once I’ve done my whole head, I go back in with the paddle brush on high heat and brush my hair over and under until there’s no frizz left. 6. At the end, I apply the Kérastase Absolu Gloss Drops. 7. Final step: brush my hair. Job done! ☺️ You can always use an anti-frizz spray like the Color Wow one 😊 I personally prefer not to put anything else on my hair! This doesn’t take me more than 20 minutes now because my hair is thin. Before my hair loss, it used to take me almost an hour 🙃 Also, before anyone asks 😅 yes, I use a lot of heat. Around 95% of this blow-dry is done on high heat. That’s one of the reasons I love the Dyson Airwrap. Even on high heat, it doesn’t feel as hot as a normal hairdryer. If I use a regular hairdryer, I need much hotter air to get the same result. I blow-dry my hair like this at least 3 times a week, and my hair isn’t damaged. But I also never skip heat protection, as you can see in the video 🩷 One thing I forgot to mention 😅 I brush my hair after every step.
