I don’t think people understand them. They think they’re cruel. I use it for my chihuahua and it improves his quality of life & keeps him safe, he’s able to be off leash and run around and it’s guaranteed he’ll come back, he won’t run up to other big dogs and run/bark at them, which risks his safety. I rarely even need to press it because he knows. I do think people need to get the high quality ones though that are a bit more expensive but safer

I dislike them but I can see why you would be using one for him. The area you live in, how strong and confident his age. I don’t like how trainers advertise them so freely. They are not needed for your average dog but in certain cases, yes…but with the right guidance

We have the friendliest lab and she has one just for her own safety and it gives her so much more freedom!

I have a 3 year old Doberman male oh and does he test my patience everyday i think yours is good mine is very sensitive brilliant at home loyal protective but does push it i could not imagine another dog with him he is my world but Doberman are totally different to any other breed i have owned in the past 🥰🥰

We used this on a farm dog / our home dog because he was my baby . But what a difference it made he would listen he stopped his bad puppy behaviour and it made such a difference in the way he behaved and the way he worked . I think it’s because people have seen them been used wrong and they lack education on why they can be a safe option for your dogs if used correctly.

I used to be anti e collar but I’m now a fan . I’m sad i didn’t get a chance to train my frenxhie on One befre he passed 😢
