A few notes, as I’m oversimplifying in the video for the sake of time restrictions: 1. The correct term would be that AAS “atrophy” the brain, not rot it. Just said rot for clickbait. If your brain was literally rotting then we’d lowkey have a bigger problem 2. The first cited study uses quite high concentrations of trenbolone, which may not translate directly to human application. Note here that due to lipophilicity, neuronal concentration of AAS is likely going to be higher than blood serum concentration in an organism. 3. Tubb3 stands for Tubulin beta-3 chain. It is responsible for other things beyond neurite outgrowth (downstream) via betaIII-tubulin, but its primary role is to help form microtubules which play large roles in axonal / dendritic guidance.

The dose makes the poison. As with the vast majority of pharmacologically active compounds, pharmacodynamics change according to concentration, and often substantially so. It cannot be assumed with any confidence that low-moderate doses of Trenbolone inhibit Tubb3 to any meaningful extent, or even at all.
