Yes, the toddler died. The young lady was a driver. The father acted as if he was the driver and they both were arrested. The young lady has $100,000 bond and the father got a $10,000 bond. The young lady mistakenly put the car in reverse and backed up the curb hitting the railing, forcing the railing and the table to sandwich the little girl unfortunately she passed away. I watched a full video on YouTube.

thank goodness for body cameras. why didn't her car alert her to people behind her. she probably punched the gas and hit them. Dad in big trouble too for lying and telling his daughter to move into passenger seat. she doesn't have a license
