One time the count was wrong in the pyxis and I was DETERMINED it was stuck somehow in the actual machine. I had to wait all night for the narc tech to bring the keys. I was RIGHT.

I moved a single Pyxis during my technician internship looking for a controlled WITH A REAL TECH (didnt find it) but there were meds under there expired for over a year. A YEAR.
