You mean tea ferments and spoils into a jelly like substance when in an unsealed container because of airborne yeasts and bacteria being introduced to the tea? AND the oils from the herbs in tea separated or microbial bacteria created oil that forms at the top of the tea when left out for several days? Wow I can’t believe it
