this is the problem with catch phrases and buzz words them calling everything ai has allowed them to pretend like it's the same as everything else by using a term that can apply to anything due to it literally not being real. we kinda have to start calling things by there real names chat bots are LLMs and the video slop machines are called generative image and video models.

Those people intentionally talk as if there aren't multiple kinds of AI. Not to mention every company that has an algorithm of some kind is calling it "AI" now to jump on the hype train. The problem is the specific implementations they're pushing right now, the ones you described in the video

stop referring to AI generated images as a generated art. there is no need to do that. art is a snapshot of you as you are right now, it is a list of decisions you made in the process of making something. it is not the final product. generating images with AI is just that. generating images. you did not make those decisions, you did not decide where all the lines go, your emotions are not on the page. it is an image, for sure. it is not art
