This is totally wrong. Very unprofessional. Every police officer has a Number Rank and Name so, if for one or two reasons you want to deal with him, this can never be the best way to handle him. You take his details and carry on from there. And everything shows clearly that this Officer you are humiliating is on duty so what prevented you from followi g the due process of addressing issues. How do you know if he has a weapon on him? Out of such disgrace this officer can pull out side arm and take your life and it won't go anywhere.
