doesn't matter how much law this woman points out to this officer. he's still refuses to file by the law himself. it's like crack to them and they will lie and deceive just to get what they want. they've already put their hands on this woman illegally. they had no just cause they already said she hasn't committed a crime so they have don't suspect her of a crime. they don't expect her being armed and dangerous so it wasn't even a Terry stop.
