I was 3 out of 5 and can confidently say that it's definitely not worth the risk to have that many kids because so much can go wrong. I dont talk to any of my brothers or my mom

I am the sixth daughter out of 8, and I love my parents and my family to death, but with me being between twins and our family first son made me forgettable, it wasn't on purpose and my parents gave ne everything, but it was still hard

I come from an average family of 3, but I was homeschooled with many large families of 6-12 kids. They all had the same issues. Extremely limited finances, older kids forced to raise younger kids, emotional neglect, zero privacy, and lots of stress. None of them loved it.

It bothers me that they lean on historical precedent to justify having a lot of children. Like people in ye olden times didn’t have 15 children for fun, they had 15 children because they didn’t have birth control, kids died all the time, and they needed free labor.
