Lacking basic needs for people late post of suspend and ignores the MECO, but he’s improving tho in other parts of mactan except the rural parts like soong the roads there are bumpy and when it rains inside soong 1 its very muddy and students struggle very much, to this day they did not fix the problem so the students suffer when it rains

Still lacking basic services. Especially side walks and waste management, literacy or library, public market, unfinished road project, cleanliness, and lacking inspections for ongoing projects (especially construction for roads, parks, and houses), but I could see that we're really improving especially drainages, traffic enforcement, police visibility and patrols, and crime reduction, CCTV is everywhere in my place, even bridges have CCTV, public transportation, at least roads are being turned into practicality, and it seems to have become aesthetics.

doing good improvement on most things but he has to do something with the roads and sidewalks, especially with the more frequent flooding and lack of cleanliness/sanitation in most important areas of the city (ex: market) the new e-library is good but i wish they promoted reading and education more with the youth because i don't think they are that interested. There are a lot of areas in the city where the road construction is taking way too long and can even extend to months
