@cesare_shapable: If you only have 45 minutes to train, you cannot spend the first 10 deciding what to do. That is not a time problem. It is a planning problem. Know your session before you walk into the gym. Write down the exercises, sets and reps you need to complete. Then record the weights you used, the reps you actually achieved and roughly how long the session took. Now you have data. The next time work runs late and you only have 35 or 40 minutes, you already know what you can realistically get through. You are not standing around choosing exercises. You are not randomly cutting movements. You are not guessing whether you have enough time. You walk in and execute. A good training programme should work around your life, not collapse the moment your schedule changes. You do not always need longer workouts. You need to use the time you have properly.
